Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are only accepted for new, unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure that all tags, accessories, and documents are included.

To be eligible for a return, simply contact our customer service at info@fionalondon.com to start your return process. You must provide your order number, which you received in an email directly from us.

If your return is accepted, we will send you our return instructions as well as the address where you should send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return methods

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

• If the item is damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If you wish to return an item due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, change of mind, dissatisfaction), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. In these cases, the customer is responsible for the return label. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Note: Returns are sent to our return address in China. You will receive the exact address after contacting our customer service.

Refund process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 working days (Monday to Friday).

As our items are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times which we have no control over. If the items are already on their way to you, no refunds are possible. Please wait until you have received the items and then return them to us.

Exchange

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
